Stage 1: Pre-Production - How can we make this project start a conversation?

The process begins with an in-depth consultation where we understand your brand, objectives, target audience, and key messages. We gather all necessary details to ensure the final product aligns perfectly with your goals.
Brainstorming: Based on the consultation, our creative team brainstorms ideas and concepts. We explore different storytelling techniques, visual styles, and approaches to convey your message effectively.
Scriptwriting: Once a concept is selected, we craft a detailed script. This script outlines the narrative, dialogue (if any), and descriptions of the visuals. It serves as the foundation for the entire animation.
Storyboard Creation: The script is translated into a storyboard—a series of sketches that represent each scene. This visual blueprint helps in mapping out the animation’s flow and ensures that everyone is on the same page before production begins. This part of the process can often times have multiple revisions or back and forth between teams.
Character Design: If your animation involves characters, we start by designing them or selecting them from an online supply of stock assets. Our artists create concept art and character sheets, detailing the look, colours, and unique traits of each character to ensure consistency throughout the animation.
Voiceover Casting & Recording: If the animation requires voiceover, we select the appropriate voice talent that matches the tone and style of your animation. Often times we will have auditions for your team to listen to and decide which tone matches the style of your animation. Alternatively, we can use AI voice overs for a much more affordable price but you sacrifice the inflections and tones.
Step 2. Production - Execute the plan.
Animation: Using the storyboard as a guide, our animators bring your script to life, frame by frame. Depending on the style, we might use traditional 2D animation, 3D animation, or motion graphics. We pay close attention to timing, movement, and transitions to ensure a smooth and engaging final product.
Step 3. Post-Production - Create a video that captures your vision.
Background Design: Backgrounds are designed to complement the characters and action in each scene. Whether they are detailed landscapes or simple abstract designs, backgrounds play a crucial role in setting the tone and environment for the animation.
Sound Design & Music: Sound is a vital part of animation. Our sound designers add sound effects, background music, and synchronize them with the animation to enhance the emotional impact and storytelling.
Revisions & Feedback: We believe in collaboration, so we share the draft animation with you for feedback. Based on your input, we make any necessary revisions to ensure the final product meets your expectations.
